CURRENT BAF

The Bunker Adjustment Factor is based on the current price of oil. The amount is floating, and is shown as a surcharge to the seafreight rate. The BAF varies between shipping line and cargo origin/destination.

The BAF is a set price per container for FCL cargo and is per cbm by the individual wholesaler for LCL.

All quotations by Platinum International Cargo are subject to our Standard Terms and Conditions of Trade [link to Terms page], and the BAF will be charged at the current rate at the time of shipment.

CURRENT BAF
