AIR FREIGHT

For an economical airfreight service, we have consolidations to all of the major international airports twice weekly. If the delivery is urgent, we can offer you a Direct service to any destination in the world.

Our cut-off times are:

Consolidations: Tuesday 3pm, Friday 4pm
Direct Shipments: Monday to Friday 3pm

We can arrange pick-up from your warehouse in the following timeframes:

• Standard service within 4 hours of availability
  
• VIP within 1-2 hours of availability

All air cargo is subject to screening in accordance with regulations set by the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government. For more information about these regulations, click here to download the Department’s Air Cargo Security customer flyer.

 

SEA FREIGHT

We can arrange your FCL and LCL shipments to any destination in the world.

Once you have received an order from your overseas buyer, simply provide us with the details and we will immediately arrange the booking for you.

You will need to complete our Shipper’s Letter of Instruction and forward us the commercial invoice and any other documentation required by the importer on arrival to arrange the clearance of the shipment. Once the cargo is ready, we can organise everything from the pick-up from your warehouse, export documents, Customs export declaration and if required, Customs Clearance and delivery at the destination. Once the vessel has sailed from Australia, we will ensure the necessary documents are completed and sent to the receiving port, ensuring there are no delays on arrival due to missing documentation.

We will track this order until the cargo arrives at its destination, keeping you up-to-date with the order’s progress and its final delivery date for any DDU to DDP shipments.

FCL: We work closely with all major shipping companies to ensure we can offer the most competitive rates on offer for our clients.
